1. Introduction

By downloading, installing, and using the HandlingMaterial.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.


2. Use License

Permission is granted to users of HandlingMaterial.app for both personal and business use. The app is intended to improve and streamline the work of material handlers and managers. The app, however, can’t be:

  • Modified or copied without the prior written consent of Hamilton Development Company.
  • Used for public display, commercial or non-commercial, without prior written consent.
  • Decompiled or reverse-engineered.
  • Used to remove any copyright or proprietary notations.
  • Transferred or “mirrored” on an unauthorized server.


This license is subject to termination if any violation of restrictions occurs, and we reserve the right to terminate it at any time.


3. Account Registration and Security

Registering an account may be essential for some features of our app. Information provided during account registration must be accurate, and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account.


4. Subscription and Purchases

The device app is free to use, offering no in-app purchases.


5. Cancellation and Refunds

All sales are final and due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are not routinely provided. Under exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests.


6. Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of HandlingMaterial.app at any time, including changes in pricing. Updates or changes to the services will be communicated via the app, notifications in the app store, or via email or SMS where appropriate.


7. Limitations of Liability

HandlingMaterial.app is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app or any associated service.


8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States, and disputes relating to or arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kentucky.
